This could be fun for kids. I have also seen a recipe for camping eclairs I have been wanting to make that sounds similar to this. Maybe a little more work though. Campfire Eclairs - Making Memories With Your Kids

To get the real camping experience I would say a tent. But maybe that is because I have never used a camper. It would be nice to have a camper that is already set up and ready to go. Tents are nice to experience more of the outdoors.

I haven't camped in Zion's yet but I have friends who have. What would you like to know. I have camped near Goblin Valley and I have been to Arches National Park. It does get pretty hot down in Southern Utah but it is uniquely beautiful.

Anyone else embracing low carb eating? I need some ideas for low carb camping snacks, desserts and meals.
