Cellana (Opihi) eaters

JoshPosh

Pathfinder
In hawaii we call these Opihi. It's a type of sea snails that feed by grazing on green macroalgae growing on rocky shoreline areas. It is a delicacy in Hawaii, and I take every opportunity to pick them off the rocks and eat them raw or for those that can't eat them raw, you can cook them on a open fire. Adding soy sauce will actually lift the meat off of the shell.

Have you tried them before? Would you like to? I dare you.
