A lot of you have probably never heard of MassDrop because it is a fairly new website and is mostly for electronic stuff but I have started to notice them listing camping gear as well. Basically the way it works is that you use the website to get together a group of people who all want the same product so that MassDrop can place an order with the manufacturer and get a nice bulk rate discount without having a middle man.
There's just a few camping products right now but anyone can start a "mass drop" and see if any other people will join in.
