I toasted Camping Babblers everywhere with

a rich brew from Grand River Distillers.

I toasted and toasted and toasted

until I was toast;

just joking.

The first campfire dedicated

I hung my paddle in a tree

and headed out on foot to
trail dance.

Trail Dancing will be posted on the Trails thread shortly. :)

Man - I can't get anything past you can I?
You are the most alert, vigilant and watchful person I know
- while at least on the web.

Since we have a wide variety of folks
who are members of Camping Babble I wanted to include everyone.

SO

The bottle is actually a beer bottle,
yes, it actually comes this way and is for the beer drinkers in the crowd.
The glass is filled with apple juice,
for those who abstain from alcohol.
The glass I use is for Mazel tov, a sweet wine
manufactured by Manischewitz
and I'm not fooling about that one.

Dunno - it all sounds plausible to me.
:bear: I know, I know, the more you get to know this guy the more weird he becomes.

Well you know, I have to say...this camping life stuff is just about the only outlet that I really have and I kinda take it seriously (and then again not always).

Ah, I figured there would be a good chance that you were aware haha. I was at the beach today and the name on the sign popped out at me :p
:)

...then you would know the rest of the story? Northern Dancer was a horse. Not just any horse - but a first class world Canadian champion that brought fame and fortune to E.P. Taylor.

When I selected the nom de plume I wasn't thinking horse. I was thinking more about my romance with the wild, the free spirit within me, the desire to be akin with creation, an attitude towards life. Something to dance about...make any sense?

Definitely makes sense, I didn't know the whole story but I do remember you mentioning it was a horse before. Seems like a perfect name for your camping alias. No horses on your personal logo though?
