Problem With Post Choices

All of the choices above the reply box are missing. In their place are just a row of squares. Anyone else having this problem. ??

I had an issue with not allowing a certain cookie. I allowed it and it was fine. But it must be a different one now because I'm back to the squares.

This just started. my only new browser addon is Adobe shockwave. I am checking my settings for chrome google browser

I am having it on Firefox, but if I hover the mouse over it, the name of the item appears.
