The title asks it all. I am homeschooling my children. No matter what we are doing, I try to include some kind of education as well. In what ways would you consider camping as educational?

Is there a proper way to make sure a life jacket fits properly? I am big on water safety, and I am taking my young kids camping. Before doing so, we are going to buy them new life jackets. I want to make sure they fit 100% properly before heading out, making sure they arent too big or too small.

Eh, it just depends. We do own a small, portable sized grill, and at times, we will take it with us. Other times, we do not bring it and just use the campfire to cook. It tastes better that way and gives it a better "tone" for camping.
