    That Certain TV Show!

It's Naked and Afraid. Could you all survive on it? What would be your typical game plan? So do you feel disgusted by those who tap out? Do you feel pity for them? What do you think they're doing wrong? In other words, generally, what made them fall?

    Shelter for Winter Camping

The big three are heavy tents, Quinzhees (snow forts), and igloos. Of the three, igloos were judged the warmest, with Quinzhees coming in 2nd - and last, the heavy tents. Anyway, the heat increase of the igloo was significant - so surely, the Eskimos know what they're doing! ;) Has anyone...

Sleeping with No Tent - Only a Sleeping Bag

Some might choose this route, but it can problematic with rain. However, though, I'm sure some can even tough it out with light rain - and maybe even heavier stuff! Has anyone tried to camp with only a sleeping bag? What was the experience? Myself, I tried it once at a camp in West Virginia...

    Camping in Alaska

Any ideas for summer camping there? What would be the best spots? Anyway, I'm sure the camping is free. However, though, because of the isolation, do you think it's tougher to get along with other campers? What precautions need to be taken?

    Camping in West Virginia

On a trip to Charleston, I stayed on the outskirts at a campground. I think the name of it was the Kanawha campground - something like that. Anyway, what do you all feel is the best places to camp in the state? I'm sure it's probably not there, but I could be wrong. Anyhow, though, it was...

Campsites for Survival - I mean really.

Sometimes if you're low on cash and want a new start, you can book a campsite for around 10 USD a night, at the low end. However, though, it might be a bit rough for fall and winter and if you're starting a new job somewhere, the gasoline to go from the campsite to the job could be a pain...

    Camping in the Winter

This might sound insane, but does anyone camp in the winter? How would someone go about it? Anyhow, I'm sure some people camp in the winter cause certain people hunt during the winter. Of course, whatever shelter they use would need to be much thicker than usual and also other gear like...

    Hi from Jason

I'm from Northeastern Tennessee, a place which has a lot of spectacular mountains, and is situated in an area close to Southwest Virginia and Western North Carolina which have much of the same. Anyhow, my hobbies, besides hiking and camping, include jogging, playing music, and travel. I hope...

    Gangwando Mountains in South Korea

Has anyone went camping there? The mountains are spectacular. They sort of remind me of mountains in Southwestern Virginia. However, the ones in Virginia seem to have more rounded tops.
