One other thing to consider is whether or not you can board it - depending on size and area - or if you can just have it up by the garage. If you don't know how that will work out you probably aren't ready for the responsibility of a boat I think.If you are going to buy a boat make sure you pay cash for it. If you can't buy a boat cash ,then you can't afford one. You wouldn't want the boat to be a family bank breaking burden. Remember you will probably use it only a few times a year and the rest of the time it will be sitting next to the garage.
