Gorgeous Citico Creek

Spent last night in the Cherokee national for rest at Citico Creek. Lovely trout stream! There's a little color in the trees but surprisingly not much for this time of the year. Not a soul camping here. Uumm um fresh chicken on the grill. I'll bet every bear around was sniffing me out. Now I see if I get me some trout.

Little cool the other night, but some hot coffee followed by left over chicken warmed me up. Time for trout fishing. Caught one on a spinner. Had other ones just swim up and look at it. Lost a couple of nice ones. Had fried taters, broccoli and hominy for dinner. Area was mostly vacant. Some that were deer hunting, we're camping further up the mountain. Lots of quartz in this area, some really big to.
