- 1/2 pound of boneless top sirloin steak, thick
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 onion, cut into 8 chunks
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons of hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper (Optional)
