Who knows the Portuguese gastronomy?

Good evening, I'm Portuguese and I would like to know the opinion of the Portuguese cuisine. Many people confuse with the Spanish, but as we are a smaller country, we have everything much more refined and traditional. Thank you

...I enjoy it - especially those deserts (really like the Custard tarts). In my neck of the woods every seventh person is Portuguese. Like...how could you not like the food?
