That's the first time I've ever heard the expression, "Canoe Ride." Sounds weird. I canoe but I've never thought of taking anyone for a ride. Though I suppose you could be talking about a different kind of canoe. This is the kind that I'm referring to ----->

I'm sort of interested in learning what kinds of equipment you may have purchased recently. For me it was a canoe tripping tent, new sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and a new down filled winter camping coat - all on sale of course. :) Speaking of sales there sure are a lot of them these days...

@killeroy154 I tend to use the food menu frequently but I like to change some things to prevent it from becoming mundane. Sometimes I take a trip to our local mega food store and see what's on the shelf that I can use. I like to roast Cornish Hens in the Dutch oven or make a meat stew in my can...
