I put iodine tablets in my shower bag that is filled with lake water. I use that for washing dishes and conserve my drinking water. I haven't been in any situations where I couldn't bring my own water. Normally when I go camping I take a boat of some sorts, and I carry in my water.

I prefer to go with someone for camping and fishing, but sometimes it's difficult to get together at the same time. I am particular about who I go with, some just like to drink and be roudy,, no thanks to that. So this coming fall trip, I may be going alone because no one can make it.[emoji20]

I love red beans and rice, except before bed. I had a bad experience with that once, so now I always take some antacid when I go camping.

Yeh I seen some nice ones that are made out of titanium. Price is a little more than the average sleeping bag, but they look really great! Shaving a few extra pounds or kilos can make all those other creature comforts that much more sweeter when your sledding in your camp.
